I have to admit that you have completely pegged me with the whole phone thing as well as the food too !!! I'm guessing that it's vaginal in nature. I am not sure how long an egg has to sit in the refrigerator before the yolk turns black, but... you get the idea, if it isn't moving on its own, its probably Ok for consumption.
